Refund and Cancellation Policy

PRAVIEL does not currently charge for access, and no paid plan is offered. Some app versions offer optional tips, which are voluntary and do not unlock content or features. We may introduce paid plans or other offers in the future, and this policy will apply to them unless the offer says otherwise.

Purchases in our iOS and Android apps are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price, taxes, billing period, and any trial terms before you confirm, handles payment and renewal, and decides refund requests under its own policies. We do not receive your full card details and cannot refund store purchases ourselves.

To request a refund, contact the store: Apple App Store or Google Play.

If we offer subscriptions, you can cancel through the subscription settings of the store you used. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where the law or the store's policy requires.

Any free trial or introductory offer will show its length, the price after the offer, and the renewal terms in the store before you confirm. Unless you cancel before the offer ends, the store may charge you the regular price.

Deleting your PRAVIEL account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in the store first. Once deletion is complete, any remaining access, progress, and virtual items are lost and cannot be refunded or restored.

Tips and supporter offers made through third-party platforms, such as the PRAVIEL Discord server shop or donation platforms, are billed and refunded under those platforms' own terms. Donations made outside the app stores are generally not refundable, and virtual items have no cash value.

We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version on this page. A purchase is governed by the policy and store terms in effect when you make it.
