How to Delete Your Account

You can delete the account directly from the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

Option 1: Delete from the app

1Open the PRAVIEL app.
2Open your Profile, then Settings.
3Scroll to the Account section.
4Choose Delete Account.
5Confirm the request when prompted.

Option 2: Request by email

Send an email to privacy@praviel.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address or username associated with the account. If you signed in with Google, Apple, or Discord, include the email address from that provider.

Accounts created via Google, Apple, or Discord sign-in are deleted the same way: either through the in-app flow or by emailing privacy@praviel.com. No PRAVIEL password is required.

If you use PRAVIEL as a guest without creating an account, your progress is stored on the device only; there is no server-side account to delete. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes that local data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Account record and authentication data
Profile information and preferences
Saved learning progress and activity
Saved settings and content you choose to store
Support messages associated with your account, if any

Data That May Be Retained

Aggregated, de‑identified analytics

If analytics are enabled, they may remain because they can no longer be linked back to you.

Encrypted backup copies

Backups may persist for up to 90 days while disaster-recovery retention windows expire.

What Happens Next

We may ask you to verify account ownership for security.
Your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
Some logs and backups may persist temporarily for security and disaster recovery.

If you only want to reset stored learning data, use the Delete Data flow instead.
