How requests are handled
Requests are read as they come in and routed by issue type, urgency, and legal requirements.
- App and account issues: Use support for bugs, lesson problems, account questions, purchases, and other product help.
- Privacy and data requests: Handled with priority and verified against your account before data is exported or removed.
- Billing and purchase questions: Reviewed with your account context so refunds and access issues are resolved accurately.
Account context, screenshots, device details, and reproduction steps help resolve requests faster.
Include in your request
- The email on your account, if you have one.
- Where the issue appears: which screen, lesson, or page.
- What you expected, and what actually happened.
- Screenshots, logs, or sample files when safe to share.
- The language, course, and unit for lesson or audio issues.
